Delivery is fast, the packaging was slightly damaged, but the butterflies are intact. Took to replace other butterflies, for another cheaper toy, everything came perfectly. the cat likes the toy ..

Never received the product, but want to give the seller the benefit of doubt. Was really looking forward to this toy, so quite the shame really! Though, Will try to re-order this once the refund goes through. Summer time is always hectic, so I honestly believe that it might have gotten lost in the mail.
